What Was The Right Frequency?
It was a period in which I consumed every resource I could find in an attempt to find peace. Books, videos, quotes, and music… No matter what I was doing (this could be reading a book, walking, eating, or even – as a racist – the laundry I was sorting according to its colors), in the background, I was constantly listening to music, which was in Hz ranging from 478 to 999. I hoped it would increase my positivity and help me get rid of negative thoughts (?!). – What can I say? I tried everything to find peace of mind!
At the same time, I couldn’t stop thinking about the question that had been growing inside me all this time: Were there other people besides me who felt nervous listening to such things and checked their pulse every minute to see if they were relaxing or not? I was constantly asking myself, ‘Have I started to feel positive?’, ‘Have I reached positivity, or have I passed it without realising and has the route been recalculated?
I was worried that the music might be increasing my stress levels because my heartbeat was constantly irregular during meditation sessions with it.
Personally, I have to admit that I felt happier and more peaceful listening to Ed Sheeran!
Maybe my frequency was compatible with this cheerful red-haired man’s Hz settings? Why not?

I think I have “finally” got the idea!
When you stop giving a fuck about the world and everything in your head, you find the right frequency. It’s not about what you listen to; it’s about what you think. Or what you don’t think. It turns out that the key was there all along…
